A Clean Shop is a Safe Shop
As you all know, Whipps Management has initiated a new workspace cleanliness campaign. We have made many positive changes over the years to improve production and safety, and we believe that having a new standard for workplace cleanliness is a great way to continue those improvements. Not only does it keep our buildings presentable, but it improves morale, productivity and decreases the risk of accidents.
A Clean office is a productive office
As mentioned in the memo that Human Resources released, here are some things you can do each day to maintain a clean workspace:

- Ensure the work floor is clean of debris, spills, leaks, and trash
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation / office, free of excess dust and trash
- Find a system that works for you so that paperwork is organized, and your workspace does not become cluttered
- Minimize your use of paper by storing documents electronically and emailing whenever possible
- If you see a mess in a shared workspace, take the time to clean it
- Ensure all walkways and emergency exits are not blocked
